great staff but room for improvement

The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. The beach offered a wonderful blend of tranquility and activity, perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed the stunning mountain view, which added beauty to my stay, making mornings truly enjoyable.

However, the room could have been refreshed more thoroughly.

Make sure to confirm transportation details well ahead of time to avoid unexpected costs during transfers.

I absolutely loved the beautiful gardens and Thai-style bungalows that made the resort feel so welcoming. The pathways were accessible, allowing me to enjoy the scenery without too much difficulty, which was ideal for someone like me.

The air conditioning could be improved for better comfort.

The beach area feels uninviting with mediocre food options, especially with poor beach service!!! Late transfers lead to missed boats, making planning a nuisance.

Two pools offer unique experiences—one perched on a hill with a stunning view and another right by the beach, both impeccably maintained. The grounds are expansive and lush, blending beautifully with the natural environment, making it perfect for those seeking peace and quiet during their stay.

The property feels a bit old and under-utilized, with numerous empty spaces giving off an eerie vibe at times. Plus, if fully booked, the limited areas could feel overcrowded, detracting from the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. Accessing the nearby village is cumbersome, requiring a long walk or a costly boat ride, limiting options for dining or entertainment outside the resort.

Though there were minor issues with insects typical of a tropical location, the beautiful room and the delicious local cheese at the restaurant made for a satisfying experience. However, I encountered a serious safety concern during arrival when the shuttle truck was used in a way that posed a risk, and management's handling of this incident was inadequate, leading to lingering discomfort about the overall safety measures at the resort.
