great staff but room for improvement

The staff provided really good service, always great. The beach offered a wonderful blend of tranquility and activity, perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed the fine mountain view.

The room could have been refreshed more thoroughly.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with nice views. Had beautiful facilities, such as a lounge area, terrace, and two big windows. The location was marvellous - so close to a huge, very nice garden, the nature in the middle of anything, and motorised transport

Make sure to confirm transportation details well ahead of time to avoid unexpected costs during transfers.

Stunning and awesome location, in noise free area. Based next to the most beautiful, uncrowded beach, ferry and shore. Extremely comfy bed, wonderful and beautiful room with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

I loved the beautiful gardens and Thai-style bungalows. The pathways were accessible, allowing me to enjoy the scenery without too much difficulty, ideal for someone like me.

The air conditioning could be improved for better comfort.

Staff - very helpful. It was one of the places, where we felt normally: nobody tried to cheat on us, everything what we asked was done at once. Nice place to stay, nice beach, surroundings.

Very expensive trips - 4 times more expensive compared to the ko phi phi island center tourist offices prices. If you want exclusive and closed area, it does not have it, because share the area with 4 hotels in total.

Good seaview, silent beach, room is the same as on photos. Staff always happy to help. As we were on our honeymoon we liked isolation and silence to be together but it is definitely not place for active holidays. Very beautiful nature surrounded us.

One thing which is not indicated anywhere - the hotel is situated very far fron the pier and the only way to reach the hotel is on boat, what is rather expesive.

The beach area feels uninviting with mediocre food options, especially with poor beach service!!! Wi-Fi connection is dismal, unacceptable for a resort-like this!!! Late transfers lead to missed boats.

Good location, weather, learnt to dive

It seemed expensive to eat because you were quite isolated on the beach Tractors on the beach :-( To many tourists shipped in to have lunch spoilt the feel of the beach and hotel

The Phi Phi Natural Resort is located in Laemtong beach, the isolated part of Phi phi. The resort is sprawled out over a large area. It has its own private beach, an advantage of being in a corner. The rooms are good but could use a little renovation. Breakfast was complimentary and quite filling. Free wifi was available in the room, though we were told it was available in the lobby only. Wooden floors, spacious rooms, small porch out front with two beach chairs. This part of the island is really isolated, so expecting any overly luxurious facilities will disappoint. Expect a really quiet environment, idling your time between the pool, the beach and the restaurants. On a side note, the hotel is slightly expensive for what it provides.

The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, with crystal-clear sea views and lush tropical plants. The rooms were well-maintained, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of dishes, including fresh fruit and baked goods.

Price for excusion war Overpriced!!!! Taxi boat Overpriced, better you find it yourself it s like more that half price!!!!! Transportation fron the peir should be included, with the price we paid for the room, it s the least it could be Or at least you should tell your client tahat it is 1000bath from the pier!!!

The air condition is in front of the bed, so it is a little uncomfortable when sleep
